Multimec™ 5G Switches

APEM Multimec™ 5G Switches feature a large-diameter snap-on cap retention system and an actuator leveled with the switch body. These switches are available in illuminated and non-illuminated versions and include single or bi-color illumination options. The Multimec switches provide three standard actuation forces and are only available in high-temperature material for current soldering processes. APEM Multimec 5G Switches feature IP67 sealing per IEC 60529 standards, >10MΩ insulation resistance, and a lifetime of 10M cycles.

5G TH9 Multimec™ Switches

APEM 5G TH9 Multimec™ Switches are high-performing tactile switches built to design a unique control panel. These switches include a large-diameter snap-on cap retention system and an actuator leveled with the switch body. The 5G TH9 multimec switches are available with through-hole, surface mount, or non-illuminated right angle through-hole technology and an integrated LED option. These switches feature Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed/Normally Open (NC/NO) functions, 50mA/24V_DC recommended load, and 2N, 3.5N, and 6.5N actuation force. The 5G TH9 multimec switches also feature 10,000,000 lifetime cycles (NO function), -40°C to 160°C operating temperature range, 93% RH humidity, and >10MΩ insulation resistance.

5E SH9 Multimec Tactile Switches

APEM 5E SH9 Multimec™ Tactile Switches offer high-performance, large-diameter snap-on cap retention systems and an actuator out of the switch body. These switches feature single pole/momentary, NORMALLY OPEN (NO) or NORMALLY CLOSED/NORMALLY OPEN (NCNO), and Through-Hole (TH) or Surface Mount (SMD) or right angel through-hole. These switches consist of 3 standard actuation forces (2.0N, 3.5N, and 6.5N), IP67 sealing, and are available in high-temperature material.
