Diotec Semiconductor ESDx Suppressors/TVS Diodes are bidirectional clamping diodes in a SOD-323 package outline. These diodes offer ±30kV high Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) capability according to IEC 61000-4-2 standards for air and contact discharge. The stand-off voltage is 24V, and the clamping voltage is typically 36V at 1A peak current with a peak pulse power dissipation of 350W (8/20µs pulse). The ESDx diodes feature a junction capacitance of <50pF at 0V_R and 1MHz frequency. These diodes are ideally suited for touch panels of industrial applications, remote controls to open garage doors, and smart home sensors to control lights or shutters.
