Molex Picoflex® Headers and Receptacles provide high power and signal in a space-saving, robust and reliable package for a diverse range of wire-to-board applications when flat-flexible connectors are not appropriate, such as solar, weighing systems, vehicle infotainment, computer peripherals, telecommunications, and portable heart monitors. Available in circuit sizes from 4 to 26, the Molex Picoflex Header and Receptacle connectors mate with 1.27mm (.050") cable - a worldwide industry standard and feature a mated height of 6.40mm (.252") for vertical-mating configurations.

90816 Series Picoflex®' SMT Latched Header

The Molex 90816 Series Picoflex® SMT Latched Header with positive retention latches provides a robust wire-to-board connection with increased retention force (50% improvement) for rugged applications and high-vibration environments. The vertical 90816 series is suitable for many high-density applications where power and signal are required, but space is at a premium. Molex´s 90816 Series Picoflex SMT Latched Headers feature SMT solder tails so that it can be soldered directly onto the PCB, a polarizing peg to avoid mis-mating, and backward compatibility with 90327 receptacles.
