Power Integrations 2SP0115T2A0-17 IGBT Driver is a compact, high-performance, plug and play dual-channel based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel connected modules. It is designed for 17000V 17mm dual IGBT modules and features an electrical interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. 2SP0115T2A0-17 provides maximum flexibility since the turn on and turn off gate resistors of both channels are not assembled in order. The driver has IGBT short-circuit protection and also monitors the supply voltage.

Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules.
