THQA2/M2 Hybrid Capacitors

Quantic Evans THQA2/M2 Hybrid Capacitors are available in two varieties: the THQA2 series with a 0.6" round diameter case and the THQM2 series, which packages a THQA2 capacitor in a four-pin DAP-mount case. Both types feature sintered tantalum anodes and ruthenium oxide-coated cathodes operating in aqueous electrolyte with additives. The components are hermetically sealed in a welded tantalum case with a glass-to-metal anode terminal seal. These capacitors offer a rated voltage range of 10V_DC to 125V_DC, a capacitance range of 215μF to 10,000μF, and a lifetime of more than 2000 hours. The THQA2/M2 series has an unlimited shelf life and is RoHS 5/6 compliant to EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU.
