CMOS Low Dropout Regulators

Toshiba TCR2EE/TCR2EF/TCR3DG/TCR4DG CMOS Low Dropout Regulators feature low dropout voltage, low-output noise voltage, and fast-load transient response. These complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor regulators are available in fixed output voltages between 1.0V and 5.0V and capable of driving up to 200mA. Toshiba TCR2EE/TCr2EF/TCR3DG/TCR4DG Low Dropout Regulators also feature overcurrent protection and an auto-discharge function. The regulators are ideal for sensitive power supplies, such as analog and RF applications.

TCR2EE & TCR2EN CMOS Low Drop-Out Regulators

Toshiba TCR2EE and TCR2EN CMOS Low Drop-Out Regulators feature low dropout voltage, low quiescent bias current, and fast load transient response. These CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulators have an on/off control input and are capable of driving up to 200mA. They are available in fixed output voltages from 1V to 5V for the TCR2EE series and from 1.1V to 3.6V for the TCR2EN series. Toshiba TCR2EE and TCR2EN CMOS Low Drop-Out Regulators offer overcurrent protection and an auto-discharge function. They are ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly, such as cellphones.
